UCE is not an Internet cafe' per se. When we
visited, a few things were not finalized and some info
was not available. Most likely, access will be limited to
subscriptions for research and serious purposes. The
place has 128K leased line connection (UCE is ISP itself)
and the 5 machine run Win98 with 15" monitors. No
snacks or drinks available. There is one W.C (restroom)
inside.

Basically, we are going to list restaurants, cafe's and
Internet cafe's which are ready and equipped to serve
tourists and other visitors to Palestine (academic,
business, news reporters etc)
We are compiling a digital guide for Internet cafe's to
be published on Palestine-Net. This guide covers all
Internet cafe's (cyber clubs) in Palestine operated by
Palestinians. If your cafe' is not listed, it's probably
because we are not aware of it, so please drop us a line
